Invoice Policy
To manage your invoice, we "Shining 3D" suggest you contact our customer service: einstar_shop@shining3d.com to confirm invoice content before checkout. We will use the shipping address as the billing address by default, the billing address can still be edited before checkout. If your order has been checkout, we will follow your order information to figure out invoice, the invoice content can't be changed.
Business Customer
If you are business customer and want to add your company VAT number into your invoice. Please contact our customer service: einstar_shop@shining3d.com before purchasing. You can also add your VAT number when checkout, we will contact you when received your order. If you don't contact our customer service and don't add your VAT number when checkout, we will acquiesce you are not a bnusiness customer and figure out normal commerical invocie (without VAT number) for you.
