Products under our EINSTAR brand purchased through a 3rd party website or other retailers (Resellers) must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. We will not honor or accept returns for products sold through other purchase channels.

Refund Time for Returns

We will review your request within 3 business days and email you the result along with next steps.

After receiving our return or exchange confirmation email, please send the product to us within 5 business day to designated location.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue the refund within 5 business days. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

Replacement Product Timing
After SHINING 3D receives your product replacement request, we will send a replacement product within 7 business days after receiving your product, provided that SHINING 3D has sufficient stock. You will be notified via email with logistics information.
Transaction Fees
We do not charge any transaction fees on orders.
Shipping Fee Responsibility

If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee, which will be based on the courier company chosen.

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving damaged or incorrect goods), the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping fee.

Cancellation

Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order by sending an email to einstar_shop@shining3d.com. If the cancellation request is submitted within the website's allowed time and before the order is shipped, the cancellation will be processed. Once the order is canceled, we will handle the request within 3 business days.

Exchange
Defective or Damaged: If your item is defective or damaged, you can choose to have it replaced with a new one. Please contact us within 14 business days. of receiving a defective or damaged item to initiate an exchange.
