Thanks for choosing Einstar. We believe that Einstar will bring you a great scanning experience! It is important that by purchasing an Einstar product from our website, we hope you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
14-Day Return & Refund Service or Exchange Service
We allow a return or exchange for the Products (the Device "Einstar", accessories are excluded ) purchased directly from
- Offical EINSTAR Website,
- US Official Store,
- CA Official Store,
- DE Official Store,
- EU Official Store,
- UK Official Store,
- JP Official Store,
- Global Official Store.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase on the invoice provided.
Einstar products purchased through a 3rd party website or other retailers (Resellers)must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. We will not honor or accept returns sold by other purchase channel.
You can request Return & Refund Service or Exchange Service:
- Within 14 calendar days if the product is shipping incomplete
- Within 14 calendar days if the product failsto install or use due to manufacturing defects
- Within 14 calendar days if the product is new/unused/not open ( Return service is not supported when the device is activated)
How to apply for our Return& Refund Service or Exchange Service
To applying for our return & refund service, please contact einstar_shop@shining3d.com
You will need to prepare the following information in advanced to submit an application:
- Order number
- Purchase account email
- Return model name, QTY, Serial number (you can find the label on the scanner)
- Return or exchange reason
- Product photo and intact package
- Our staff will process your applicationwithin 3 calendar days, informing you by email of the outcome of your request and the next steps.
- After receiving our return or exchange confirmation email, please send the product to us within 5 calendar days to designated location.
When apply Return & Refund Service or Exchange Service, make sure:
- The productyou're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters, calibration board and documentation that were included when you received it, using the original package box.
- Return request within 14 calendar days of purchasing the goods, based on the date of purchase on the invoice provided.
Return & Refund Service or Exchange Service will not be provided when:
- A productreturned is with damaged or forged

A product does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging or any item not in a working/reselling condition, i.e., cracks, dents, or scratches.
- A product has been installed and activated without manufacturing defect.
- Submit a return or exchange request beyond 14 calendar days
- The device is not returned in 5 calendar days after return confirmation email is send by Shining 3D support team.
Shipping& Tax
- You need to provide freight prepaid documents after obtaining permission from us, we will not reimburse for shipping charge by unauthorized shipment.
- If the returned products function properly after validation, the returned shipping costs for any non-defective products will be at the us expense.
- Requests will be rejected if the product was found damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment.
- After we receive the product, we will issue a full refund if it is verified that it meets the return criteria.The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 calendar days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
Exchange Processing Time
An exchange will be processed within 3 working days after the product has been confirmed received by the Customer Service Team.
